With many years of clinical and professional experience, I’m a flexible therapist attuned to the individual, relational, cultural, and problem-solving needs that people bring to sessions. We start with your concerns and your story, and from there we work together to meet your needs. Sometimes, I will recommend some very specific evidence-based approaches based upon cognitive-behavioral therapy. Sometimes, a more open-ended and flexible style of therapy is best. The ultimate approach should meet your expectations and needs, and I’m confident in the collaborative conversations that build the work together.
My practice is fully via telehealth. I am licensed in Ohio and Virginia, and I am certified by PSYPACT to engage in telehealth services in 42 states and territories. Please make sure to research PSYPACT COVERED STATES to determine eligibility.
Because of the nature of telehealth, there are some clients I am unable to accept for services. If there are needs for in-person sessions, outpatient clinic services, inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization programs, or emergency/acute services, I may not be able to work with you.
All services are fee-for-service, and I am able to provide paperwork/documentation commonly accepted by insurance companies for out-of-network benefits. I am unable to negotiate with or contact insurance companies in this regard, but the documentation available is the industry standard known as a Superbill.
Please use the contact form to inquire about services. I will return emails within two business days. If we agree to move forward with scheduling, you will be given access to a secure patient portal for continued messaging, documentation, billing, and scheduling.
